Minawild Return & Refund Policy

Because all Minawild products are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

Exceptions:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to repair, replace, or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds:

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Care & Responsibility:

• Minawild products require proper care. Damage due to misuse or neglect is not eligible for replacement or refund.
